This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to build a long-term caseload within a warm, collaborative team environment. Immediate start available. Full Admin Support: All non-clinical admin taken care of by a full-time admin team and practice manager. Growth Opportunity: Option to step into a leadership role as the team grows further, with an existing team of 25 clinicians currently. PD and Supervision: Fortnightly peer mentoring and professional development sessions, bi-monthly team meetings and regular social events. Flexibility: Schedule your hours as you see fit, with capacity to see up to 6 clients per day for therapeutic work. Remuneration: Choose between an above average salary up to $140k super FTE, or work as an independent sole trader with capacity to take home up to 70% of session fees. Your duties will include: Providing therapy (and assessment if desired) to a paediatric caseload of largely NDIS clients. Engage with the team by contributing to regular PD sessions and fostering the culture in the team. Providing supervision and support to junior Psychologists as the team continues to grow.
